Christian began his studies in culinary arts in August 2000 at Johnson & Wales University in Miami. He earned his Associate’s degree in May 2001 graduating with a 3.5 GPA. While studying in Miami, Christian worked at American Airlines Arena and also with Lundy’s Special Events. In August 2001, Christian moved to the Providence, Rhode Island campus of Johnson & Wales because he wanted to earn his Bachelor’s degree in a new area, Culinary Arts Nutrition. Christian graduated in 2003.
Upon his return to Puerto Rico Christian worked with Empresas Santana and in 2006 he began teaching at the José A. (Tony) Santana International School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Universidad del Este. In 2006 Christian passed the state board exam to become a licensed dietician and also worked as a medical representative for Abbott Laboratories. In 2007 Christian became a full-time professor at Universidad del Este and opened his own nutritional consulting company. He is one of the first season moderators for TVs new program……”Sid a la Cocina”.
